Summary
What you will do:

The main purpose of the Screwmachine Operator is to set up and operate the CAM machine as well as inspect parts and reject non conforming products. Summary of these activities will include, but not be limited to: use of calipers, ability to read blue prints, and exposure to microscopic components used in semiconductor and medical industries.

This position (set-up B operator) position will be a temp to perm position and will report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

Interested candidates should have knowledge in the following areas:

-CNC Machining, Deco, T4, Citizens, Swiss experience preferred etc.
-Ability to work in a high volume environment
-Ability to read blueprints
-Set up and operate equipment
-Exposure to inspecting sub miniature parts under a microscope
-Knowledge of inspection equipment helpful, Comparator, and Calipers

Requirements:

This position requires an individual with excellent detail-orientation skills, basic computer abilities and previous screwmachine experience. Ability to view and interpret blueprints. Exposure to ISO, 5S and SPC helpful. Machine certificate a plus!
You should have a HS diploma (or equivalent) and excellent English communications skills (written/verbal). This position is second shift and may require overtime and Saturdays.
